◍ Lavender Moon Mocktail
A floral mocktail with calming lavender, bright citrus, and a dose of Yinful’s sensual sweetness.
Ingredients:
- ½ tsp lavender, steeped in ¼ cup hot water
- 2 droppers Yinful tincture
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp raw honey (or to taste)
- Sparkling water
- Ice
- Optional: splash of gin or elderflower liqueur
- Garnish: dried lavender or lemon twist
Instructions:
- Steep lavender in hot water for 5 minutes. Strain.
- In a shaker or glass, combine lavender tea, lemon juice, honey, and Yinful. Stir or shake well.
- Pour over ice and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with lavender or lemon peel. Sip slowly.
A note on lavender:
Lavender (Xun Yi Cao in Traditional Chinese Medicine terms) is valued for its calming and soothing properties, which are believed to work by interacting with meridians in the body.
